Earlier this year community members were asked to share their thoughts on health needs in our five county region for the purposes of community health improvement. Based on this community input, a final report is now available; online meetings were held for the public to review the area reports’ findings. In addition to CWF, the Community Health Needs Assessment process was guided by four regional organizations: PATH Foundation, Fauquier Health, Novant Health Culpeper Medical Center and the Rappahannock-Rapidan Health District.
