Join personal trainer Sarah Mahoney at Powell Wellness Center for Total Strength, a 6-week small group training program combining effective exercises using weights and bodyweight. Strength training provides benefits to all ages of participants by increasing or preserving muscle mass, reducing body fat, burning calories more efficiently and enhancing overall quality of life through improvements to joint flexibility and balance.
The class will be held from 5:30 to 6:15 pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, August 31 – October 12 (no class Labor Day, September 7).
