Facility highlights include an indoor walking track featuring two lanes and a cushioned rubberized floor and a cardio floor with varied equipment from ellipticals to rowing machines to treadmills. The aquatic arena includes a warm-water pool, two warm-water pockets for therapy, a two-lane walking oval with chest-high water and a current, and lap lanes for swimming or aquatic fitness classes.
